A clear AI direction your leadership team can act on.
I work with leadership teams in knowledge-intensive and regulated organizations on where AI matters for the business, and what has to change for it to create value.
Most organizations are investing in AI. Far fewer are creating value from it.
The pattern is consistent:
Most of this gets run as a technology project: deploy the tools, onboard the users. But technology layered on top of unchanged ways of working only makes the old way of working faster.
Every competitor can buy the same tools. The advantage sits in the organization around them, and in how quickly it learns to work differently.
Three ways to start.
You can start wherever fits.
Talks on AI and what it changes.
Conference keynotes, seminars, leadership sessions, and events for the whole organization — built around the audience and what matters to them.
