Anna Gardarsdottir

About me.

Anna Gardarsdottir's background combines mathematical modeling, advanced analytics, transformation leadership, and executive-level delivery inside a fast-scaling biopharma company. She has led complex cross-functional initiatives, shaped digital and AI strategy, and worked across the organizational, operational, and leadership challenges that determine whether transformation efforts scale or stall.

That experience shaped a particular view of AI transformation: the hardest problems are rarely technical. Most organizations already have access to the tools. The challenge is deciding what the organization is actually trying to become, what needs to change to support it, and how leadership creates alignment across strategy, operating model, workforce, governance, and execution.

Her advisory work helps leadership teams move through those questions with structure and the executive-level perspective the situation requires.
