Anna Gardarsdottir

Independent strategic advisor to CEOs and leadership teams on AI transformation.

Anna Gardarsdottir

Turning AI ambition into competitive advantage.

Anna Gardarsdottir's background combines advanced analytics, transformation leadership, and executive-level delivery inside a fast-scaling biopharma company. She has led complex cross-functional initiatives, shaped digital and AI strategy, built capabilities from the ground up, and worked at the precise intersection where most AI transformations either take root or quietly fail.

That background informs a particular kind of advisory work: rigorous, honest about trade-offs, and above all focused on strategic clarity — what to do, why, and in what order. The organisations that get clear on direction early, and build the capability to act on it, will be the ones that define their industries rather than respond to them.

Background
DTU
2016–2018

Trackman
2017–2020

2020–2026
Joined a fast-scaling Icelandic biopharma company as a founding member of a process modelling innovation team within R&D. Brought into a small task force reporting directly to the CEO to lead preparation for an FDA manufacturing inspection. Subsequently led a portfolio of strategic initiatives from the office of the CEO, including a learning and development platform and a major supply, demand, and financial planning software implementation.
